Tulsa Police say they received a DHS report that Ramon Saldivar had allegedly molested and exposed himself to 6-year old twins in 2024 and again in 2026. When Tulsa Police searched Saldivar's phone, they saw numerous videos of nude people at a tanning salon. Saldivar has been charged with two counts of lewd molestation and four counts of peeping tom with electrical equipment. Clay was charged with enabling child sexual abuse.
