An "on again, off again" couple has been arrested for the molestation twins, and the man has also been accused of videotaping people at a tanning salon without their consent. Tulsa Police say they received a DHS report that Ramon Saldivar had allegedly molested and exposed himself to 6-year old twins in 2024 and again in 2026. When Tulsa Police searched Saldivar's phone, they saw numerous videos of nude people at a tanning salon. Police say the phone videos were taken over a wall at the salon, and they were of both men and women, ranging in age from 26 to 79. Saldivar has been charged with two counts of lewd molestation and four counts of peeping tom with electrical equipment. Clay was charged with enabling child sexual abuse.
