Welcome to The Joe Mullins Show – Live, Work, Shop, Play, where we spotlight why Florida is the greatest state in the greatest country in the world.

In this exciting episode, Joe Mullins sits down with William Sanchez, founder of the Cultural Awareness Fund, to talk about the explosive growth of the International Festival in Daytona Beach. What started as a small community event in Ormond Beach has now transformed into a massive, two-day cultural experience featuring over 30 nations represented through food, music, dance, and art.

Hosted at Manatee Island in Daytona Beach, this year’s festival is expected to draw thousands of attendees and includes live performances ranging from flamenco and jazz to Hindi rock, plus interactive experiences for families like a global passport program for kids, cultural showcases, and hands-on activities.

Beyond the entertainment, this episode dives deep into the real meaning of diversity in America — how culture, immigration, and shared experiences shape what makes this country exceptional. From global cuisine to community unity, this festival is more than an event — it’s a celebration of what brings people together.
