The Colorado County Clerks Association sent a letter to Governor Polis last week advising against transferring Tina Peters to Federal custody.  Matt Crane, the Executive Director of the Association joins Jeff and Bill in studio.  He explains why Tine should stay in Colorado and takes calls.

There Are Alternatives to Abortion

The Secretary of State's Office paid $25K for an evaluation of Jena Griswold's leadership style, but her office claims to not have a copy of the report.  Jeff and Bill welcome Michael Allen, Candidate for Attorney General to talk about why taxpayers can't see a report they paid for.  If the report said glowing things about Griswold's leadership, do you think we would be able to see a copy of the report?

The Trump admin administration is sunsetting the Department of Education.  What changes?  Julie Hartman, Spokesperson, Department of Education joins Jeff and Bill to outline the changes and the impact it will have on states.  They are switching to a block grant system.  Will that be reform the education systems across the country or encourage Democrat states to lean into more DEI education.
