The Colorado County Clerks Association sent a letter to Governor Polis last week advising against transferring Tina Peters to Federal custody.  Matt Crane, the Executive Director of the Association joins Jeff and Bill in studio.  He explains why Tine should stay in Colorado and takes calls.

After days of counting, Victor Marx is declared the winner of the GOP Primary.  Both of his primary opponents say they won't support him in the general.  Jeff, Bill, and callers discuss if Marx can win.  About 60% of GOP Primary voters did not pick Marx but will that change in the general election.

Senator Lindsey Graham passed away unexpectedly at the age of 71 over the weekend from an Aortic tear.  Jeff, Bill and callers discuss his legacy.  Jeff salutes Graham's speech during the Kavanaugh hearing taking aim at the Democrats.  Bill questions Graham's commitment to core principles after he flip flopped on hearings for Supreme Court replacements in an election year.

With Colorado in a drought, we have more wildfires breaking out.  Jeff and Bill return from vacation.  Both of them visited the High Country and share what they saw with water and reservoirs in the mountains.  With several people being arrested for setting fires in Colorado while 4 firefighters have lost their lives, what should the punishment be for these fire starters?
