Should School Choice be Part of the Colorado Constitution?  Amendment 80 would do just that.

Steve Schuck, Colorado School Choice Champion joins Jeff and Bill to talk about his support for Amendment 80.  Schuck says education is not a "one size fits all" proposition and the Public-School near monopoly is hurting students.  He says educational choices should be directed by the parents of the student not by a public bureaucracy.
