This week the Aurora City Council has eliminated mandatory minimum sentences for retail theft and announced their opposition to Proposition 132, that would increase penalties for Fentanyl sales and possession.  Danielle Jurinsky, former Aurora City Councilwoman joins Jeff and Bill to talk about the impact both decisions will have in the community.  One council member says we "can't incarcerate our way out of addiction":  But can we incarcerate ourselves out of crime?
