Have Colorado Democrats Given Trump His Tariff Solution?

Before being able to use the e-file system, Colorado lawyers must affirm they will not work with Federal Immigration Enforcement.  That is for all lawyer and all cases, even civil ones.  Jeff and Bill welcome Ian Speir, attorney with Covenant Law who was surprised by the pop-up page when he was trying to file paperwork for a client in a civil matter.

Colorado Lawyers Must Affirm a State Chosen Political Position

Can't vote if you don't wear the jersey.  A Colorado judge rules 75% threshold of votes needed for a party to opt out of the primary is too high a burden.  This opens the door for parties to close their primaries.  Jeff, Bill, and callers discuss open v closed primaries.  The ruling could also remove the option of petitioning onto the primary ballot.
