Can't vote if you don't wear the jersey.  A Colorado judge rules 75% threshold of votes needed for a party to opt out of the primary is too high a burden.  This opens the door for parties to close their primaries.  Jeff, Bill, and callers discuss open v closed primaries.  The ruling could also remove the option of petitioning onto the primary ballot.
