This “Hot Seat” will no doubt invoke memories of one of Launceston’s longest established restaurants – The Canton.
Chris Sayer’s guest is Noel Chung, who took over the Canton from his father-in-law in the 1980s, and has now retired to leave the restaurant to his daughter. Noel reflects on six decades, and three generations, of tradition and hospitality in the restaurant business in Launceston.
