Megan, a Tasmanian, has been in her current role for 7 years. She returned home to Launceston following a career in the art world in Sydney. Her roles have included gallery management, artist representation, exhibition curator, art prize judge and art consultant.

This Hot Seat episode coincided with a very special event that was held in Campbell Town on the very same day. The Northern Tasmanian Light Horse Troop hosted the War Animal Remembrance Day and a plaque was unveiled to honour the contribution of all animals that served in time of war. Terese Binns and Sherrie Rees from the Light Horse Troop talked to Chris Sayer about the Dedication, the ceremony in Campbell Town later that day, and some of the many animals that have participated in war.
