On this weeks Hot Desk, Mary chats about The annual Kennedy Summer School in New Ross which has been launched and will run this year from August 26 to 29. The programme opens with a Trade and Economic Forum exploring business and investment between Ireland, Europe and the United States.To discuss this and more I'll be joined by Dr Charles Larkin, Director of the Kennedy Summer School. 

Waterford based TV Chef and food and wellness specialist Aisling Larkin will discuss how she recently redesigned a food environment for 1,200 employees, and what learnings can be taken from this for other businesses.
