Suzanne Parker is in for Mary O'Neill this week on the Hot Desk.
Suzanne will be joined by Niall Harrington from White Box Interiors. Niall joins us in studio following the opening of White Box Interiors’ brand-new Waterford showroom, and we will be talking about the business, its growth and investment in Waterford, as well as the company’s connection with Waterford FC ahead of the FAI Cup Final on 8 November.
Also joining the show is Tony Kelly Commercial Manager with Waterford FC who gives up an update on preparations from the business side on their FAI Cup Final appearance.
Clem Jacob of Clem Jacob Hire is Suzanne's second guest. The Waterford business is celebrating 20 years in operation this year and has won a 2026 international Sustainability Award in Turkey. Clem talks about the company’s journey over the past two decades, sustainability in the equipment hire industry and the future of the business.
Suzanne's final guest is Eamonn Lonergan, the man behind Knockanore Farmhouse Cheese and now MOZ Ireland. Eamonn is joining Suzanne to talk about his journey in farmhouse cheese, the development of MOZ Ireland and bringing traditional Italian mozzarella-making together with milk from the family’s pedigree Friesian herd here in County Waterford.
