We’ve been sharing this podcast with you all for almost six years now. It all began as Separate Bathrooms, and as it grew, we grew. And it transformed intoThe Heart Of It. The new name felt right, it captured the tone, depth, and connection we share with our incredible guests each week.

It has been an amazing ride, full of laughter, learning, and heartfelt conversations. And now, it feels like the right moment to pause, recharge, and reflect on just how far we’ve come. So, we’re taking a short hiatus into 2026.

This isn’t goodbye. It’s just a little pit stop while life catches up and we take a moment to smell the roses. Thank you for being part of this journey with us, for tuning in every week, and for embracing the stories, guests, and heart that make this podcast what it is.
