Power, lies and a ‘bizarre’ bathtub encounter: the Federal Court has ruled actress Rebel Wilson did not defame a younger star, Charlotte MacInnes, in a series of Instagram posts. Justice Elizabeth Raper found MacInnes did tell Wilson she was uncomfortable about an encounter with producer Amanda Ghost, and that MacInnes then tried to “walk back” her story.
Charlotte MacInnes has indicated she'll appeal the decision.
