Why men are becoming Weak

Published Jan 30, 2025, 5:30 PM

Today, I want to dive into a topic that I find both fascinating and, honestly, a bit controversial. It’s about the state of men in today’s society and how, over time, it feels like many are becoming softer and weaker. Now, I’m not claiming to be an expert or a professional in this area, but I’ve spent a lot of time observing and reflecting on this over the past few years. Based on what I’ve seen and experienced personally, I think there are some key reasons why this shift is happening.

In this episode, I also want to share a few of my own experiences that have shaped the way I think about this topic. By connecting those experiences with my observations, I’ve come up with a list of 10 points that, in my opinion, explain why so many men today might be struggling to live up to their potential or maintain their strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. So, let’s break it down together.

1. Sedentary Lifestyle
2. Over-reliance on Technology
3. Decline in Physical Labor
4. Diet and Processed Foods
5. Lack of Discipline
6. Reduced Exposure to Hardship
7. Shifts in Social Expectations
8. Decreased Testosterone Levels
9. Overprotection and Comfort
10. Mental Health Challenges
