Paul has a conversation with Jim Rothermich commonly known as “The Land Talker”.  Jim just released the details on all of the land auctions in Iowa for the first six months of 2022.  The results indicate that land values are up by at least 15% since the first of the year and Jim expects an active auctions between now and year-end.
