Rick DeMulling former Guard for the Indianapolis Colts calls in to the program to talk about the team's upcoming training camp. DeMulling had a unique experience as a player coming to Indianapolis as summer humidity didn't really affect him in the Pacific Northwest. He describes the Midwest weather as "hoping you don't die." At what point did he stop looking over his shoulder in training camp and did he ever feel like he didn't have to take training camp as seriously. Great back and forth between Jake and Rick about players mental health and how it shows over the course of a season. DeMulling gives his opinion on joint practices and if they are beneficial to a team.
