Some Human rights group have condemned campaigns targeting
undocumented foreign nationals seeking healthcare services at public facilities
but Civic organization Operation Dudula has defended its recent mobilization.
They also say that they have uncovered criminal activity, related to medication
that public hospitals dispense to foreign nationals.
