What an Oscar-Worthy Performance from Dems at the DNC!

View descriptionShare

Full Hour | In today's second hour, prior to taking more calls, Dom Giordano continues the Dom Giordano Program by offering up some more analysis about last night's final night of the DNC. Dom reads back a piece in the New York Post that suggests Democrats should be awarded an Oscar for the performance they've put on this past week in trying to win over moderates.

Then, Dom welcomes attorney Francis Malofiy of Francis Alexander and Jason Moorehead onto the Dom Giordano Program after Moorehead, a former middle school teacher in the Allentown School District. Moorehead has joined the show in the past to discuss his firing, which won a jury decision noting that the school district violated his constitutional rights after a suspension and smear campaign that has led to it being hard for him to find another job after a trip he made to Washington DC on January 6th. The jury determined that the district, which asserted he "was involved in the electoral college protest that took place at the United States Capitol Building,” lied, with Moorehead noting that he was no closer than a mile from the worst events of the day. Moorehead and his attorneys explain what they want from the district, with the teacher telling where his status stands now as a teacher. (Photo by Chip Somodevilla/Getty Images)
