Moorehead has joined the show in the past to discuss his firing, which won a jury decision noting that the school district violated his constitutional rights after a suspension and smear campaign that has led to it being hard for him to find another job after a trip he made to Washington DC on January 6th. The jury determined that the district, which asserted he "was involved in the electoral college protest that took place at the United States Capitol Building,” lied, with Moorehead noting that he was no closer than a mile from the worst events of the day.
