Like all California music venues, SFJAZZ is closed for the foreseeable future because of the coronavirus crisis. But they’re not stopping the music—on Fridays at 5PM Pacific time, they’ll be streaming high quality videos of some of the venue’s most memorable concerts. Gospel Singer Lizz Wright is on the bill for April 3 and Pink Martini plays on April 10.

Because concerts are off for the next few weeks, the San Francisco Symphony has made all episodes of its Keeping Score docu-series free to watch on YouTube. Created with musical director Michael Tilson Thomas, the show tells the stories of 8 influential composers, including Tchaikovsky, Beethoven, Mahler and Copland. Each episode goes deep into the composers’ lives and also features world-class performances from the SF Symphony. New episodes come out every Wednesday through April 8 on the San Francisco Symphony’s YouTube channel.
