An independent legal body has advised the Federal Government on how to better protect LGBT+ staff and students at religious schools.


The Government asked the Australian Law Reform Commission to review federal anti-discrimination laws in light of a years-long debate about religious freedoms.

Second hand fashion giant Depop is being sued in a U.S. court over hidden fees.

A woman in California alleges many Depop users may be unaware of the digital platform's mandatory checkout fees. She’s calling for better transparency, and an undisclosed financial sum. 

Thousands of Depop's 56.3 million registered users could potentially sign on to the lawsuit – what’s known as a class action. We’ll explain everything you need to know in today’s deep dive.
