Last week, the son of Norway’s Crown Princess began facing trial on 38 charges, including rape, abuse, and violent behaviour. In the days before he was due in court, Marius Borg Hoiby was taken into custody on separate charges of threatening someone with a knife and assault. The new charges came days Crown Princess Mette-Marit’s email correspondence with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein was made public. In today’s episode, we’ll explain what to know about these two scandals engulfing the Norwegian royal family.
