They begin with tanking in the NBA and Colin argues that he’s pro-tanking because it’s the only way to turn your franchise around since it’s so difficult to trade star players in the NBA (2:30). They agree that NBA players have gotten so good at shooting 3’s, it’s led to a less visually appealing product for the fans that makes the regular season tough to watch (10:45) and they debate potential fixes (23:30). 

They pivot to LeBron and debate when he should hang it up, with Colin arguing that Michael Jordan’s years with the Wizards didn’t dent his legacy at all and Danny believing LeBron will return to Cleveland to finish his career where it started (31:00).

They point to New England’s defense getting tired in the second half due to their offense being unable to stay on the field and the dam finally breaking… but Colin argues that New England is still in a “rebuild” stage despite being in the Super BowL (9:30).

They evaluate a Seahawks roster that doesn’t have an apparent “need” and debate what pieces they should look to add to their Super Bowl winning roster (14:15), and Colin argues there haven’t been many better stories in NFL history than Sam Darnold (23:15).
