E27| Closing the Credibility Gap in a Fast-Changing Industry with Tracy Sheen

View descriptionShare

Tracy Sheen’s first book, *The End of Technophobia*, did exactly what a strong business book should do. It solved a real problem, established her authority and opened the door to major media opportunities. But commercially, Tracy knew she had missed something. She had written the book without building the products that should sit behind it.

That lesson changed the way she approached *AI and You*. Rather than simply writing another practical guide, Tracy built the book around a framework that could become a keynote, workshop, consulting program, masterclass and ongoing body of content. It was a very different approach to authorship and one that gave the book a much bigger commercial role.

In conversation with Andrew Griffiths, Tracy shares what worked, what did not, how her media strategy evolved, why credibility matters so much in a rapidly changing industry, and how she is now thinking about her next books as part of a much larger author and business ecosystem.
