Tune in here to this Thursday's edition of the Brett Winterble Show!

Brett kicks off the program by talking about the upcoming midterm elections and why they often fail to resonate with everyday voters. He questions whether Americans who are not deeply involved in politics are paying attention to congressional committee assignments, budget resolutions and procedural votes, arguing that many voters are more focused on competence, stability and better results than political drama. Brett also criticizes the constant stream of campaign advertisements portraying opponents as the worst people in America, saying voters are repeatedly told that every election is the most important election of their lifetime.

He argues that the midterms are often presented like the Super Bowl, while many Americans see them as a choice between competing political agendas. Brett calls for more meaningful debates where candidates can discuss issues openly rather than relying on attack ads and political jargon.
