Oloiya has been serving up bak kwa or grilled meat jerky since the 1970s. This family business is now being run by the third generation of the Khue family, brothers Raymond and Peter. Raymond Khue is the executive director handling the developmental aspects of the business and he shares with us the challenges in ensuring tradition stays up to date with the times.
