Lately, my focus has been on treating our team like clients. How? 

Well, we've introduced a weekly boardroom call where everyone is expected to attend. 

It's a space where we discuss the highs and lows of the week, address challenges, and highlight our wins. Think of it as a collective effort to make everyone as valuable and equipped as possible.

During these boardroom sessions, I take the opportunity to share success principles. 

It's about teaching our team frameworks and an internal operating system that propels them towards success. 

In our recent session, we delved into the mindset of being a winner. Surviving 2023 was tough, and now it's time to thrive.

Becoming a winner isn't just about luck. It's about crafting a winning environment. 

I'm placing a bet on our team by creating an environment that sets everyone up for success in their roles. Just like achieving personal goals, winning in business requires removing friction. It's about making daily tasks easy and seamless, just like choosing a gym close by for fitness goals.

To achieve this, we're identifying daily activities that contribute to success. We're focusing on habits, processes, systems, and accountability to ensure that the right things are done day in and day out.

Hence, building a winning environment isn't about grand gestures; it's about consistent, intentional efforts.
