Koelle and her husband both knew that they wanted to become a foster family and provide a special, safe, and loving environment for the placements they would welcome into their home and their hearts. 

"You can see that little soul in there trying to get out. Trying to be themselves, and how can you not want to nurture that? That is amazing. And when you get a glimpse of that, I want that. I want to help that person come out and come to life."
