In today's episode, Becket Cook sits down with Pastor Michael Rountree (Remnant Radio) to discuss his book "The World Made Right: Finding Confident Hope in the Book of Revelation." They explore why Rountree wrote the book, the meaning of “revelation,” the phrase “the time is near,” Jezebel in Revelation 2, the historical origins of the pre-tribulation rapture (Darby, Scofield), the symbolism of the number 7, the identity of the 144,000, the future of ethnic Israel, and the two witnesses of Revelation 11.

This is part 1 of a longer conversation covering key end-times questions from a biblically grounded, hope-centered perspective rather than fear. Watch to hear a clear, Scripture-focused take on Revelation that challenges common assumptions about the rapture, the church’s role in the last days, and what the book is really about.

In today's episode, Becket Cook interviews Bryan about his powerful Christian testimony of leaving same-sex attraction and a same-sex marriage after a life-changing cancer diagnosis. Raised in a Christian home, Bryan experienced early same-sex attraction, came out as gay in high school, and walked away from the faith in bitterness by his early twenties before marrying a man in the UK.

At age 30, while facing acute lymphoblastic leukemia, Bryan asked for a Bible in the hospital, read Romans 1, and fully surrendered his life to Christ—leading him to leave the relationship, return to California, and find lasting healing and faith through the gospel. Now over two years cancer-free after a bone marrow transplant and actively involved in a local church, Bryan shares how God's grace transformed his identity, restored his relationship with the Lord, and turned deep trials into a story of redemption and hope.

In today's episode, Becket Cook sits down with Spencer Boliou, a singer-songwriter who shares his journey of growing up in a Christian family in Boise, Idaho, navigating same-sex attraction rooted in gender insecurity and envy, and discovering genuine faith through a transformative prayer experience at 17. Spencer recounts how Side B theology initially helped him but ultimately limited his growth by encouraging a gay Christian identity, until a pivotal conversation with a mentor named Jim helped him release that framework, address the roots of his attractions, and experience real change—including opposite-sex attraction and openness to marriage.

Spencer also performs an original song about surrendering everything to Jesus, and the episode closes with encouragement for viewers near the channel’s 200,000-subscriber milestone.

In today's episode, Becket Cook sits down with Aaron Edwards for his full testimony of coming to faith in Christ. Edwards, a heterosexual husband and father, traces how a 1970s prophecy book given to his Liverpool dad by Anglican chaplain Graham Topping in Jersey planted a seed that later led to his father's born-again conversion after family tragedy, then to Aaron's reluctant trip to Stoneleigh Bible Week, his siblings' faith, his brother's healing, and their mother's salvation before she died.

The conversation highlights God's long-range providence—from a hotel tip that wasn't cash, to God TV, Alpha, an "accidental" sinner's prayer, and a reunion that revived a chaplain ready to quit ministry—offering an encouraging family-wide gospel story of conversion, healing, and unexpected grace.

In today's episode, Becket Cook interviews Dr. Paul Weaver about his book Faith Affirming Findings: 50 Archaeological Discoveries That Validate the Historicity and Reliability of Scripture. They cover finds that silenced Bible skeptics: the Tel Dan House of David stele confirming King David’s dynasty, the Nabonidus Cylinder and Chronicle proving Belshazzar and explaining Daniel 5’s third-in-power offer, the first-century Magdala synagogue showing synagogues existed before AD 70, Yehohanan’s crucified heel bone with iron nail verifying Gospel nailing and burial accounts, the Thessalonica politarch inscription confirming Luke’s accuracy in Acts 17, the ornate Caiaphas ossuary of the high priest who condemned Jesus, and the Pontius Pilate inscription from Caesarea Maritima.

These biblical archaeology discoveries from Tel Dan, Babylon, Galilee, Jerusalem, and Caesarea affirm real people, places, and events in Scripture, strengthening confidence in the Bible’s historicity for pastors, teachers, and students.

In today's episode, Becket Cook interviews Richard Matthews about his viral TikTok video detailing how he was fired from his New York City job for posting Christian content and sharing his testimony of being rescued by God from homosexuality during Pride Month. Matthews recounts growing up in a single-parent home in Georgia without a father figure, facing bullying, discovering same-sex attraction through early internet pornography, battling porn addiction, depression, and anxiety, and ultimately choosing to fully follow Jesus after years of struggle with the gay lifestyle and "gay Christian" ideas.

Richard describes his powerful rooftop encounter with God, the freedom found in Scripture and community at V1 Church, the launch of Redeemption Ministries, and how authenticity about leaving same-sex attraction has opened doors for digital evangelism, podcasts, and equipping the church on biblical sexuality and the gospel.

In today’s episode, Becket Cook sits down with New York Times bestselling author Eric Metaxas to discuss his powerful new book Revolution: The Birth of the Greatest Nation in the History of the World. Timed with America’s 250th anniversary, Metaxas reveals why the American Revolution stands alone in history—rooted in the biblical conviction that the colonists rejected an earthly king to look directly to God—and unpacks lesser-known details from John Adams’ 1761 courtroom flashpoint with James Otis Jr. and the Writs of Assistance, through the Stamp Act, Samuel Adams as the true “Father of the Revolution,” Patrick Henry’s bold defiance, the killing of 11-year-old Christopher Seider, George Whitefield’s Great Awakening influence, the Boston Tea Party, Thomas Paine’s Common Sense, and the real timeline of the Declaration of Independence.

Metaxas also dismantles myths (George Washington was no deist), celebrates heroes like John Hancock and Joseph Warren, and explains why every American must reclaim this God-centered founding story to preserve liberty for the next 250 years. A must-watch conversation on the American Revolution, Founding Fathers, and the birth of the greatest nation in world history.

The Becket Cook Show was created by Becket Cook to discuss relevant topics and to crush the lies of culture with truth. Becket Cook was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. After graduating from college, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dream of writing and acting, finding success in both. He eventually became a production designer working on fashion shoots for brands such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Gap, L'Oréal Paris, and Nike. Becket lived as a gay man until 2009, when he reluctantly agreed to attend a church service at which he was transformed by the gospel and gave his life to Christ. He also knew that homosexuality was a sin and that he could no longer live that life. Becket spends much of his time in ministry speaking at churches, universities, and conferences helping people understand this issue biblically, theologically, culturally, and personally. Becket graduated from Talbot School of Theology at Biola University in 2017 with a Master of Arts in Theology.
