YouTube is tightening rules around who gets paid

Parking in Dubai has long been a hot topic, from the introduction of metered zones in Deira and Bur Dubai in the early 2000s, to a variable fee parking system this year across many areas. Now, the city is taking it a step further: Al Khail Gate has become the first location in the emirate to implement a 24-hour paid parking — with a flat 30 dirhams daily fee. So, what’s the goal here? Is it about reducing congestion, encouraging public transport, or simply better managing high-demand spaces? And what lessons can we take from other global cities that have gone down this road?
