Senator John Hoeven, Ranking Member of the Senate Agriculture Appropriations Committee and a senior member of the Senate Agriculture Committee, is hosting a series of meetings across North Dakota with officials from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to review drought conditions and gather input from agriculture producers. A common request from producers at the Mandan meeting was the need for early haying of CRP acres.
