Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring has announced that funding is available through the Low Carbon Fuels Program to support ethanol facilities on eligible capital projects that increase the efficiency of a facility and decrease the carbon intensity of the production process, as authorized by the 69th Legislative Assembly.
