Instead, processors are investing heavily in high-protein milk, yogurt, and other dairy products as demand continues to climb. Market analyst Shawn Hackett says one of the biggest drivers in the dairy industry is the rapid adoption of GLP-1 weight-loss medications, which are changing how consumers eat.
