A large snow system that is moving through the Northern Plains is making calving  and caring for livestock difficult for ranchers. Joel Opp ranches in the Hebron area in western North Dakota. Opp talks more about the amount of snow that had fallen in his area as of Wednesday morning. He says calf health is top concern in the coming days.
