Rusty Halvorson recently visited with Tim Stiles, owner of Fairmount Lockers.  The family-owned and operated meat locker is a federally-inspected facility located in Fairmount, North Dakota.  We talked with Tim about how he got started in the industry, the current demand environment for butchering services, and some of the popular items behind the retail counter.
