The host becomes the guest as Stella interviews Sam about his experiences at the Australian Grand Prix which took place in Melbourne between March 30 and April 2 this year. 

Then later on Sam is back in the interviewer's chair with Nicole Kontos. Nicole is a participant in 100K Your Way, a Vision Australia campaign which sees members of the blind and low vision community walk, run, swim, ride 100km over the month of April, to raise funds for Vision Australia while also keeping fit and active.

And finally on the show this week we hear from Helen, the editor of For Your Information (FYI), with a preview of what's in store for subscribers in April.
