Chinese New Year is just around the corner. It's a time for families to reunite, but also when generational tension can reach its peak from uncomfortable questions and disagreements, to, of course, the ever-present expectation to "respect your elders." So, we figured it’s the perfect time to dive into the big question: Should respect be given automatically, or is it something that should be earned?
