The Department of Basic Education has released a draft of the revised Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement (CAPS) and it’s now open for public comment. South Africa is facing a deeply challenging socio-economic climate, and with it, growing social pressures that are placing strain on families. To tell us more, we are joined by the former SAPS captain, life coach and founder and director of the Sinika Uthando Foundation, Jennifer Chetty and the organisation’s Chief Operations Officer, Michelle Govinder.
