From young children glued to tablets, to professionals spending hours in front of laptops, we are living through a silent shift in how we use -and abuse- our eyesight. As we mark World Optometry Week, we ask the critical question: Are we doing enough to protect our eyes? Joining us for this discussion is Optometrist – Dilip Hansjee from the Forsight Eye Care Centre.
