Earlier this year Holy Rosary School for Girls ran a phone free 40-days campaign where pupils gave up their smart phones and social media for 40 days. When the 40-day challenge ended, the school knew it had to keep the momentum going or the learners would revert to old habits. And so in yet another ground-breaking move, “80-days – phone like it’s 1999” was launched where students swapped their smart phones for a sponsored dumb phone (feature phone) for 80 days. Joining us on the line to discuss the latest challenge is Holy Rosary Principal Natalie Meerholz..
