Amy Truesdale is a multi-medal Taekwondo champion, and in the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris reached the pinnacle of her sport by winning gold for Great Britain. At 31, she felt that she finally had the world at her feet having pushed through life-long adversity, but the view she saw at the top wasn't what she was expecting.
