Dear Steve and Shirley, I'm a 29-year-old black man and I'm sick to death of my racist family. No matter what I do, I am not "black" enough for them and I need your advice on how to handle it. As a youngster, I was interested in the arts, literature, and I preferred classical music and jazz. Their ignorant behinds always said I was “acting too white” and they forced me play sports and listen to hip-hop music.
