Dear Steve and Shirley, my wife and I have allowed our friend and his girlfriend to stay at our apartment for a few weeks. They just bought a condo and they are waiting for a few repairs to be finished before they move in. I don't mind them staying with me, but there's one big problem. They are too darn loud too loud.
