Dear Steve and Shirley, I'm a fifty one year old man and I have a wife, but I haven't lived with her in four years. It's a long story, but I'll try to make a brief. Four years ago, my cousin had a bad divorce and he needed somewhere to stay, so my wife and I let him rent one of our side of a duplex we own.
