Dear Steve and Shirley I am a 47 year old female in my third marriage. My husband and I have been married for five years and he treats me like a queen, but I feel like he hates my 17 year old daughter. This is his first marriage and he has no children. So it's shocking that he acts like a drill sergeant with my daughter. He calls her lazy and fuzzes that are constantly about her chores. He expects her to take out the trash daily and do a few other things that I think he should be doing as the man of the house.
