Dear Steve and Shirley, I'm a 36 year old single woman and my new next door neighbor has me concerned. She's a pretty girl in her late twenties and she was nice enough when I met her. Here’s my problem. Her bedroom window faces my bedroom window so I have to keep my blinds closed for privacy.
