Dear Steve and Shirley, I am a 48 year old single mother with a 10 year old son. My boyfriend and I recently purchased a house together. He works out of town but he's home for half of the month. He has a 15 year old son and he has joint visitation with his son’s mom. Over the summer my boyfriend told me that his son will be living with us this school year because his mom is having problems disciplining him. Mind you my boyfriend lets his son run over him and his son has an attitude problem. I told my boyfriend that I don't think I should handle that responsibility by myself while he's working out of town........
