Rebecca is on a mission to make a difference by creating unique, flavoursome and nutritious foods using Australian native ingredients, whilst supporting local Indigenous communities through employment, training and career pathways. Rebecca’s goal is to redefine the perception of Australian cuisine both nationally and globally, and in doing so define a unique Australian culinary identity.
