On today's episode, Jason gets the party started with a deep dive into the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Monday Night Football victory over the New Orleans Saints. The Saints were the better team for 3.5 quarters until they choked the game away and allow Tom Brady to steal the win in the final seconds. Even still, Bucs fans have to realize that this team just isn't any good and are likely being set up for a swift Wild Card round exit at the hands of the Dallas Cowboys. Speaking of the Cowboys, did you see they continued their full-court press on Odell Beckham Jr. by taking him out to a Dallas Mavericks game? In other news, Baker Mayfield being released by the Carolina Panthers sets the stage for him to try and force his way to the San Francisco 49ers as insurance for Mr. Irrelevant Brock Purdy. The only problem is teams like the Seattle Seahawks (who have an earlier waiver slot than the Niners) could easily claim Mayfield strictly with the intention of keeping him away from San Francisco. That's definitely something to monitor here in the next 24 hours. Finally, J-Mac closes the show with a few thoughts on the World Cup.
